Spinning Classes are our most Advanced classes. The class is taught on stationary bikes using variable resistance levels to provide a high intensity workout. We have several types of spin classes available, some have extra toning moves to help you get a complete workout in just 45 minutes!
The secret to why our spinning classes are so successful is the instructors raise and lower the intensity level to both test and rest your body. During normal exercise, you may sprint for only so long but by keeping just below this exhaustion point and resting and back up again, you can get amazing results in fitness and calorie burn!
