Starting an exercise routine can be a daunting prospect for non-users of a gym, but the good news is, our gym is more than a room filled with equipment, we believe our staff are our greatest “fitness equipment”.

Our highly experienced staff  will help you to achieve your fitness goals by

We create many programs on a daily basis such as

When you join the Glenview and start using the gym, you can expect to see your neighbours or friends working out. It’s not a case where all our members are really fit to use the gym, the majority of our members are working on some aspect of their fitness or even just using it as a hobby, so new members find it easy to fit in! We understand that we all have our comfort zones and tolerances to physical activity and so we create programs that can be a little bit challenging but still enjoyable for the average user which is the secret to long term fitness. To help you settle in, we give you a “Body Transform” program free if you need it (limited availability) and for the 1st 6 weeks you have your own instructor working with you!
